You have a business project, but you don’t know where to start? You’re thinking about starting a business, but you have trouble defining your project? Or maybe you’ve already started your business, but would like to discuss the next steps and resources available to you?

Please communicate with our Youth Entrepreneurship Advisor to set a meeting, in order to discuss your project and learn more about the support and services offered by the FNQLEDC.

Personalized support, what does it imply?

The FNQLEDC offers personalized, long-term support to entrepreneurs at every step of their entrepreneurial journey. The support offered varies according to the needs and objectives of each entrepreneur.

Advantages offered to entrepreneurs signed up for support:

  • Free service for Aboriginal youth aged 15-35
  • Support and advice at every step of business start-up, including:
    • Business idea development
    • Business plan
    • Financing
    • Registration of your business in the Registraire des entreprises du Québec (REQ)
  • Free participation to most trainings and events organized by the FNQLEDC
  • Free access to the FNQLEDC’s basic services in Aboriginal taxation
  • Possibility of financial assistance to attend entrepreneurship training and networking events (varies depending on applications received and available budget)
  • Free membership to the First Nations of Quebec Business Network (FNQBN) (for business registered with the REQ)
  • Promotion of the business in the FNQLEDC’s network
  • Reimbursement of fees incurred for registration to the REQ (up to 100 $, invoice required)
  • Reimbursement of costs incurred for the printing of business cards (up to 50 $, invoice required)
