Are you a First Nations woman? Do you have a collective business project? The First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Economic Development Commission (FNQLEDC) and Quebec Native Women (QNW) offer you a training path adapted to your needs.

This is a Women’s Collective Entrepreneurship path which is part of a pilot project aimed to support six groups of First Nations women, living in urban areas or in communities, in the development of a collective project, which may ultimately lead to the creation of a social economy enterprise.

The FNQLEDC and QNW are soliciting First Nations organizations, located in urban areas or in communities, who would like to participate in the Women’s Collective Entrepreneurship path.

Closing of the path: Missinak(u) Meshkenau Event

The closing event will be held on December 7, 2020 by videoconference (on the Zoom platform). It will bring together all the teams, who will in turn present their project to a panel of dragons. This event has been organized in collaboration with the designers of Missinak(u) Meshkenau and Kiuna College.

For more information on the pathway, consult the call for interest. Contact information is provided at the end of this document.

To recruit participants, download the document to be filled out with the contact information of local coaches and distribute it in your networks.

You are already registered for the course, download the participant’s handbook (only available in French) now.
