With the holiday season fast approaching, many Christmas markets are starting to appear across the province. Visiting these markets provides a perfect opportunity to offer authentic gifts to your loved ones.
What’s even more extraordinary is that more than a dozen Christmas markets will be featuring First Nations artisans displaying the Bear brand!
What exactly is the Bear brand again?![](https://cdepnql.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/OURS_ID1N_HOROZONTAL_RGB.png)
Since its launch in November 2021, the Bear has become the official brand of First Nations artisans, artists, merchants, self-employed workers, SMEs, large companies and organizations who are part of the movement to affirm Indigenous identity.
When you see the Bear logo on a product or service, you are seeing certification that it is a First Nations product or service.
To date, more than 490 companies in Quebec are displaying the Bear logo and are listed in the ID1N directory.
Look for the Bear, buy authentic!
