Mentoring service
Make your ambition a success with the right support!
The new mentoring service, offered in partnership with the Réseau Mentorat organization, aims to build the confidence of the province’s Indigenous entrepreneurs while fostering a greater sense of community. With the support of an experienced mentor, you will be able to fully flourish and propel your entrepreneurial journey to new heights.
We want to create a safe space where female entrepreneurs can find:
- An attentive and impartial ear to validate their ideas and find solutions;
- Support to gain confidence, reduce stress, and overcome isolation;
- Tools to develop their skills, overcome challenges, and minimize risks.
PLEASE NOTE: This service is only available to Indigenous women entrepreneurs.
Boost your path to success: become a female mentee!
Mentoring is, above all, a trusting relationship in which you benefit from active and caring listening as you express your entrepreneurial challenges.
Drawing on their experience, your mentor will enlighten you, help you gain perspective, and develop your skills, both entrepreneurially and personally.
Finding a mentor means acquiring a valuable ally to overcome the challenges of entrepreneurship while balancing the realities of everyday life. Investing in yourself has never been so powerful!
Use your experience: Become a mentor! Why not?
Thanks to your experience, you can help female entrepreneurs develop better business reflexes, better understand their challenges, and gain confidence.
As a mentor, you share your skills, prepare your mentees, and contribute to economic vitality by promoting the sustainability of businesses.
This role enhances your career path, strengthens your sense of accomplishment, and allows you to develop your skills through the network’s best practices. It is also a unique opportunity to expand your network and exchange with key players in the business community.
